What Do Emotions Have To Do With Burn-out

Do stressful situations leave you feeling overwhelmed? Does workplace stress lead you into burn-out?

To be an enlightened MD, you need in your arsenal, a Spiritual Rx (enlightened mindset), an Emotional Rx (enlightened emotions) and a Material Rx (enlightened lifestyle).

Let’s look at some interesting trivia:

  1. Did you know that emotions can be stored in our body? 
  2. Did you know that several physical ailments can result from such unresolved trauma stored in our body?

No wonder burn-out is a common end-point of unresolved emotional trauma by itself as well, besides the lack of chances for physical rejuvenation. And together, unresolved trauma and physical fatigue can easily tip someone into burn-out. 

Healing from burnout involves the right combination of a healthy lifestyle, an in-depth emotional and spiritual transformation and physical healing.

Enlightened emotions help us navigate the realm of emotional stress, especially by:

  1. Knowing the anatomy of your emotions: identifying your emotions (even if you have been taught all your life to hush them down), deciphering how your emotional reactions originated, what area of healing your emotions are pointing to, and how they show up in your body and affect your physical health.
  1. Knowing the incision and drainage of triggers: identifying trigger responses, how they originated, what they are trying to tell you and specifically how to heal them. Why?  Because triggers are like a hideous-appearing door to a room full of lovely surprises. They prompt you to heal them, so that you can find the love, joy and peace waiting for you on the other side of the trigger and be free. Then the trigger can control you no more. Because it is your birthright to be happy and stress-free!
  2. Manifesting your ideal work and home relationships: When you become an expert at healing your emotions and incising and draining your triggers, you will have the most beautiful and authentic relationship with yourself. As within, so without. You will find that your external circumstances follow suit, lining you up with ideal relationships at work and home.
